I´m lurking in this forum for a long while and finally decidet to register here...

My finally answer about Level 9 Cibo:

Iko tried to stop Davinel, because he was triying to acces the netsphere. In order to support Iko, Cibo connected into the local network (the terminal where they were standing) too. Just before when Davinel was finally killed and his mind/data was erased, he had managed to steal the data of the Lvl 9 SG from the netsphere and downloads the data on the best body there was. And this body was Cibo because she was far deeper in the Net then Iko at that time, ´cause she wanted to write Seu´s DNA sampel on herself to receive his (Net Sphere?) genes.
Well why the Lvl 9 wasn´t downloaded by a struction conversation tower?
First: A invincible SG going berserk in the Silicon Life base is not very good^^
Second: The SCT was controled by Davinel before, and when he´s killed, it was pretty useless.

And Cibo was equiped with Safeguard armor at this moment (thanks to Iko) and thats one reason why Cibo was the best way to download the data.
After Cibo was transformed to the most powerfull charakter in Manga history ( XDDD), Killy just sees a SG in her now and tries to kill Cibo at once. Lvl 9 dont get fucked so easy by one shoot of the GBE Killy fires first or by Pcells atacks (not quite sure which one it was, but Killy fired his gun for sure page 174)
Cibo recovers fast and then acts like every Safeguard, killing everyone exept net gene humans. But she´s not atacking Killy directly, she´s just melting the whole structure (so omnipotent XD). Maybe there was still a bit of the normal Cibo left in her now, because she could have killed Killy the same why like she snipped away Dhomos head.

Well Killy get fucked by Lvl 9 but still manages to fire his GBE (most powerfull Weapon in manga history XD ) at full power, see page 194. But Cibo surives it XD. But ending in her child form, still with this ORB. The orb i think is the place where Cibo wrote Seu´s genetic information on herself and thats the proof that Seu had the net genes, cause all the Silicons want the Lvl 9 and try to get this orb from her away, because (we all know) SIlicons want the Chaos to go on --> No net genes are allowed. And the rest of CHibos DNA was saved there too.
Where Sanakans DNA came from..., good question i agree at this point that her DNA was added when she connected to Chibo via forehad (read the bar codes carefully). The most important thing that the Orb has to 99% uninfected DNA and the genetic information from Cibo and Sanakan.

And last topic: Why the Exterminator wants the orb, tries to eat it: Lvl 9 Cibo was downloaded illegal and the Exterminator had to kill it, and the main part/ power source was the orb, so the SG could not kill Cibo without killing the Orb, where probaly a human with net genes would grow.

What about lvl9 SG fixing Killy's arm ??

This is the only part i did not really understand fully, there are just 2 options:

1: The level 9 tried to atack Killy, but somehow he managed to use the atack´s energy to recover his arm.

2: I thinks thats sounds probaly much better: Cibo snipes easy DHomo´s Head, with her arm transformed to some kind of strong SG weapon (page 166), maybe this weapon is even stronger than the GBE, having same strenght, but much more accuracy while atacking. (without destroying everything around it)
Well Cibo still had some of her personality in this Level 9 form, because she even knew her name when Sanakan asked her. So i think she just could not kill Killy (sounds funnyXD) and healed his arm for instant. Killy, as we all know does kill every Safeguard which seems just a bit hostile to him, so he shoot het later with the GBE. But he was intereupted was Pcell made her last atack and Killy quick finished her.
Then SG orders overblow Cibo´s mind and she´s melting the whole place down.

I honestly think Level 9 Cibo is the strongest, somehow realistic, manga charakter. She SURIVED AN ATACK OF THE GBE AT FULL POWER, the beam completely surounded her (page 194), if she felt like it she could killed Killy at any moment.

It is by reading this topic that I release the need to re-read Blame! all over again.
