I got it today. I have to say the Viz adaption is a better job quality wise. We get the color spreads unlike Tokyo Pop Blame! where we got diddly squat. Haven't read it but I'll do so and compare the translations.

Yeah I will be getting all these not just b/c I'm a fan but I'm hoping of better getting the story now.
I thought there were gonna be complaints with Zoichi just going "Whatever." at the gates. Zoichi actually came of as more human to me than any other Nihei protagonist I've read about. Killy's a ghost, Denji seemed a bit angsty when they approached him for help, but this guy actually introduces himself! That has got to be the most we've ever gotten from these type of people!

Blame! volume 2, first 4 pages are in color. Maybe you have some kind of later printing of it, but mine has color pages.

I saw the first volume of Blame! in Barnes and Noble, but decided to get a William Gibson novel instead...
I'll probably read the last few pages of the last volume so that maybe the ending will make a little more sense...but I'm fine with having read the scanlations twice online.
