I assume that you verified that the soundtrack is released on CD or whatever and so it could possibly exits in the internet!
Well you could try it first with the original Name in Roman letters or in Japanese signs, often you find sources from Japan this way. Also use google, often you find specialized sites and blogs who offer the things you want this way 
Or you could try Asian P2P networks like Winny or Share or the music network Soulseek.
